“ Failures of Leadership and Judgmen t,” Sue Gray Report Releases: What are the Findings? Sue Gray, the Second Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet Office, published her official ‘partygate’ report this week. On the 31st of January 2022, Sue Gray released her 12-page long investigation into 16 events that took place in either 10 Downing Street, the Cabinet Office or the Department for Education between May 2020 and April 2021. The investigation was announced after a video emerged of former Conservative spokesperson Allegra Statton discussing the parties in a mock press conference. Sue Gray’s team interviewed 70 individuals and examined emails, texts and WhatsApp messages.  In a 133-word conclusion, Sue Gray detailed 6 main findings: Some behaviour at these gatherings is “ difficult to justify .” There was a serious failure to uphold standards expected of the British public. New Plans For ‘Active Travel’ Festival to Take Place in Chester City Centre. In the most recent meeting of the ‘Integrated Sustainable Transport Taskforce’ (ISTT) of Cheshire West and Chester Council, council members proposed exciting new plans for an active travel festival (ATfest) to be held in Chester city centre. The meeting held on Tuesday 29th of March 2022 saw a member of the ISTT, Vanessa Bond, showcasing the plans for the event. Vanessa Bond explained “ Hopefully this will become a regular event, it's only a pilot but let's see where it goes. New Murals Appearing at Chester’s SuperTrees Roundabout The 'air' themed mural by David 'Doodleplanet' Settler, Sam Ryley described his work as " a very unique style, we just wanted him in there. " Three new subway murals are set to be unveiled at the Chester SuperTrees City Forest Garden beneath the Hoole Way roundabout by Meccabingo. Previously, each of the three subway entrances to Chester’s eco-extravagant secret garden have been severely neglected, however, thanks to funding from local police Cheshire Constabulary and the ‘Safer Streets’ initiative, the team at Forest City Projects CIC are decorating the underpasses with three captivating murals by local artists.              There has been a noticeable increase in recent years of hyperaware media, whether that be in film, music, or television. As the stigma attached to mental health and the toll it takes on one's self begins to dissolve so does its lack of representation in mainstream media. However, no one expected to see this from the much-anticipated return to screen for comedian and director  Bo Burnham. The most recent special from Bo Burnham was released just last week on  Netflix  and has already received critical acclaim from countless news outlets for its 'Virtuousic Portrait of a Mediated Mind' - The New Yorker.  'Inside'  is a unique and hilariously aware comedy set, that quickly descends into an artistic exploration of not only Bo's mental state but also a general zeitgeist of the public's frame of mind through quarantine.
